Ban status
If you were disconnected from the Minecraft server, or can't join, the screen you saw names one of the statuses below — while the new login screens are being set up, it's the first word of the reason line. Each one tells you where you stand and how to respond. Full details: Enforcement & Appeals.
A note from staff
A correction. Nothing is blocked; you'll see the message on your next login. No response is needed unless you have a question — open a ticket if you do.
Chat muted
You can still play; chat is paused for the time shown. It's for chat conduct, and it ends on its own.
HOLD — temporary review hold
Not a finding. Your access is paused, usually for up to 7 days, while staff review something. Open a support ticket in our Discord (or email [email protected] if you can't) to respond — you can explain, add context, or ask what evidence exists. You'll get a written decision with reasons.
SUSP — suspension
A temporary ban after a finding. It expires on its own at the time shown. It's recorded, and a further violation may lead to final removal. Questions go in your ticket.
FINAL — final removal
A permanent ban after a finding. Minecraft: appeal through a support ticket, or by email to [email protected] if you no longer have Discord access. Discord: one written appeal, no earlier than 12 months after the ban, to [email protected].
FINAL-NA — final removal, no appeal
The violation is on the immediate-removal list. The ban is permanent and closed.
Didn't get a full notice?
Email [email protected] with your username and it will be sent to you.
Do not rejoin on another account, platform, or identity — that is ban evasion and results in permanent removal.
