Respect & Inclusivity

• Hate — racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, or ableist attacks on who someone is — slurs, and threats are on the immediate-removal list. Hostility short of that is handled on the ladder, and it escalates fast.
• Insults, hostility, intimidation, dogpiling, and targeted harassment aren't welcome. Neither is repeatedly bothering, interrogating, following, or making someone uncomfortable — that can be moderated even when no slur is used.
• Spamming, trolling, baiting, disruptive behavior, and unnecessary pings or harassment of staff aren't welcome either.
• Voice chat is held to the same standard as text.
• Keep it cozy. Don't use public chat, signs, books, builds, or shared community areas to campaign, preach, pressure people, or start debates about politics, religion, or ideology. Don't direct religious, political, or ideological messages at another person because of their skin, profile, identity, or beliefs.
• Holding or visibly representing a belief or identity is different from directing advocacy at someone. Saying who you are — your race, religion, gender, orientation, or disability — is not a debate topic, and it is not personal information under the privacy rules. Nobody may argue with it or ask you to justify it; arguing about whether someone should exist is hate, not discussion.
• Disliking a build or a proposal never excuses unkindness to the person who made it. Critique proposals, not people. Don't run pressure campaigns against builders, confront them as a group, obstruct their work, or retaliate with blocks or signs.
• English in public channels. Our moderators read English, and a conversation nobody on staff can read can't be moderated. Other languages are welcome in DMs and in in-game private messages.
• Credibly established, recent hate conduct elsewhere by a current or prospective member may be considered when it shows a present risk to members here. Source reliability, context, recency, and severity are weighed individually.

A community only feels safe if nobody has to wonder whether they're welcome. The line is drawn early and hard on purpose: by the time hostility is subtle enough to argue about, the damage to the room is already done.
